Etta Loves products are designed to perfectly support your baby and give you a well-deserved moment of calm and enough time to finish a hot drink, take a long shower, eat lunch with both hands or simply take in the wonder of your new baby.

Pack includes 1 x orange leopard in XL 47" x 47" in our stylish box packaging.

Presented in our stylish box packaging.

Wash at 90 degrees Fahrenheit with light colours. Avoid washing with any items with velcro to avoid snagging.

Reshape whilst damp if required.

Do not tumble dry on high heat.

Shipping

Shipping cost for mainland US is $8.50 via USPS.

We currently offer free US delivery when you spend over $90.

All orders, where items are in stock, will be shipped within 3 working days.

Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items where the address was entered incorrectly. If you realise that you've made an error in entering any of your details please email hello@ettaloves.com asap and we will amend them for you providing your item hasn't already been fulfilled. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address we will have to charge to resend it out to you.

Canadian orders will be subject to import duties, which we are unable to calculate as we have no access to this information. The receiver is liable for any import duties or additional costs upon arrival into Canada.

Returns

Whilst we hope you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that there may be times when you want to return items.

In order to arrange this, please contact us using our contact form or email us on hello@ettaloves.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unopened and in the original packaging. 

When returning any items we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods if they are not faulty.

You can return goods for any reason and at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order and that the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. We will only issue a refund for any original postage cost if the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

We can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
